Finger food will be served as usual to the first 200 attendees - so get there early!

 

“Networking and Interaction with our Corporate Sponsors” starts promptly at 5:30pm and is available until 7:00pm.

 

“Educational Hour” starts promptly at 6:00pm and ends at 7:00pm.  Topic – “The Closing – How to overcome difficulties of seasoning, double closings,”

“Regular Presentation” Turning UGLY Houses & Short Sales Into Pots Of Gold

 

The “Queen of Rehabbing” Robyn Thompson, Steve Dillon (he has personally completed over 8,000 short sales), and Curtis Brooks (Nation’s expert at buying deep discounted properties at the courthouse steps) will all be at our meeting to educate us about their specialties.  It will be exciting!

 

But it doesn’t end there, because we talked this dynamic trio into spending even more time with a select group of our Members for TWO FULL days of intensive sharing of “insider” information and educational material on Saturday, July 12th and Sunday, July 13th!

 

   1.)       Registration will start at 8:00am, speakers will start at 9:00am and will end both days at 4:00pm.

 

2.)       Refreshments and a continental breakfast will be served.

 

This two-day event will be held at the Signature Grand Banquet Facility on Route 84 in Davie. Parking is free but because it is a weekend, please get there as early as possible.

 

  Investment is $99 for Members and $169 for Non-Members.  Upgrade membership level to get discount of 50% (upgraded Standard) and free for our Premier and Gold Members.  All upgraded Memberships also have “No Door Fee” at our regular meetings, and when you upgrade you will get a credit for the unused portion of your old Membership.

We have to limit attendance to this unprecedented two-day event because of the classroom-style seating for the attendees so please register early to secure your seat.
